A SECOND CHANCE by L. Shannon contains M/M sexual content. 

It had been five months since their sexual encounter; however, Chance, a Synn demon, still couldn’t get Josh, a human, off of his mind.  Each night Chance’s dreams were filled with erotic foreplay starring him and Josh.  It had gotten to the point where Chance was becoming hugely distracted and highly irritable towards his demon wards.   

Chance brother was tired of him be in a huff with a grumpy attitude.  So, he made an offer to Chance that he just could not refuse – he would watch over Chance’s demons while Chance took a little time off to get his head together.  Excited, Chance jumped at the opportunity to see and to hold Josh in his arms again. 

Josh never expected to see Chance again especially since he had change his way of life in order to continue living on Earth instead of suffering in Hell – a second chance at life offered by Chance five months ago.  So, when Chance appeared on his doorstep, Josh was shocked and a bit frighten.  Had the end finally came for Josh?  And more importantly, why since he had not resort to his old way of life? 

I must admit that I have not had the pleasure of reading Chance and Josh’s first union.  However, I can say that their second unification was exceptionally hot and a lustfully, raw event.  Man oh man there was nothing left to the imagination!  I am getting all hot and bothered just thinking about it. 

Readers, I must warn you that A SECOND CHANCE by L. Shannon has no set beginning or ending.  Yet, not for one moment did I feel at a lost with this novella.  This tale was more of a continuation on Josh and Chance’s love affair.  I can truly say that I will be going back to read this couple’s introductory story.  If it is as good as this one then I know that I am in for another spectacular story.   

I am glad that I took a ‘chance’ on A SECOND CHANCE and I eagerly looking forward to Ms. Shannon’s future tales starring Josh and Chance.
