How to describe Cassandra?  You might say she is ‘every woman’, so to speak.  She is troubled by the same insecurities and fears that many woman deal with in real life, making her an extremely sympathetic character.  Her ability to move past those insecurities to grab her chance at happiness is simply inspiring, and I found myself applauding her gumption.
