Allesandra must be consecrated as the new Priestess by midnight on Samhain.  Having grown up orphaned and ignorant of her mystical heritage, she has had little training so far, and even less time to become used to her new role, but she trusts her mentor, Betina.

When the Lords of the Were, twin alpha werewolves Rafe and Tim join the ceremony, she is even more unprepared for their sudden presence in her life and the effect they have on her, but she is definitely not complaining!

As soon as Rafe and Tim lay eyes on Allie, they realize they’ve found their shared mate, and will do anything to protect her from the dark powers that threaten her life.

Until now, I would have told you that the Dragon Knights series was my favorite from Bianca D’Arc, but with the release of LORDS OF THE WERE, she launches a new series called TALES OF THE WERE which has quickly tied for first place in my favors with the Dragon Knights series!

The two series have some interesting parallels that somehow manage to come across differently in the two sagas.  Both series star lead characters that are pure of heart and character and storylines which make the ménage storylines seem natural and almost innocent, and yet the contemporary setting for LORDS OF THE WERE somehow lends the tale more grit and spice.  Like the Dragon Knights series, LORDS OF THE WERE succeeds in turning the ménage concept into a beautiful love story with plenty of steam!

Fans of the fantasy genre will be excited to meet a vampire, mages, fey, and weres of several species in this new series!  With strong supporting characters representing each of these species, readers are teased with ideas of future stories perhaps starring each and every one of these intriguing people.

With LORDS OF THE WERE, the author has successfully launched a series that promises a rich and multi-layered world that will keep us entertained for many sequels to come!
